There’s nothing more irritating than receiving a phone call from someone selling something, when they have no idea what you do, who you are or in fact whether or not what they’re selling is relevant to you. That is something we don’t do. If we have a candidate we feel would benefit your business, it’s because we already know you very well, or we’ve done our research on your clients, your culture and your work style. The relationships with our clients are based on trust, knowledge and a desire to find the right match. So many vacancies are personality-led in this industry we feel it’s imperative to really get to know you and the proof is in our success rate.
Communication and honesty is something we feel strongly about. If you brief us and we think some aspect of the role needs tweaking – salary expectations or specific background, for example – we’ll tell you. If we’re not finding candidates of the calibre you require, we’ll tell you and amend our search accordingly. Equally, we won’t hassle you with unnecessary calls.
As the majority of our business is from clients who have used us previously or recommendations from people we have worked with in the past, we believe we’ve got the balance just right.
