Creative Director – West Yorkshire – £65-75k

The UK’s top 3D display design agency is looking for a Creative Director to join the board and lead the creative / design team within the business.

You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the creative team within the agency. You will oversee all creative sub-teams, including graphic design, product design/engineering and R&D. Working closely with the Client Relationship Director and the senior management team, you will help in discovering new market segments that would be interested in using the agency’s services, keeping an eye on trends that indicate a need for emerging products, services and solutions.

You will hold full responsibility for creative strategy throughout the company. You will be essential to cascading the strategy throughout your department, ensuring appropriate team and individual objectives are achieved. You will inspire creativity both through the design teams and the company as a whole, being a catalyst for ideas and a creative mentor. You will oversee all quality control of design and products coming from the studio and production departments.

The suitable candidates will have lead creative teams (at Director-level) and have experience of inspiring and motivating design staff. You will have demonstrable research and development experience and ideally a knowledge of 3D design. Anyone from retail marketing or events/exhibition agencies are of particular interest, although applications are welcomed from any current creative director who can demonstrate high-level creative thinking, team management experience and an understanding of 3D display design.
